A detailed map of North and South America is described using the abstracted imagery of skin and flesh. Viewable from any orientation, white, brown and black skin are pushed together to form map-like borders and divisions in the land. The flesh toned ocean is indicative of violence between different cultures, genders and groups, yet simultaneously unites all these groups within it. The piece was created in reaction to xenophobic activity in the western world and is a visual description of the hurt as well as the connectivity between races.
